Hello, I’m Leah Nascimento, and I’m passionate about real estate. Hailing from Brasilia, Brazil, my journey into the world of real estate began in 2007 when I purchased my first home in Myrtle Beach, SC, just before the market downturn of 2008. Since then, I’ve immersed myself in various phases of the US real estate market as both an investor and agent.
Driven by a relentless curiosity and a thirst for knowledge, I founded MGN Fine Homes in 2016. Starting as a solopreneur within a prominent brokerage, I quickly recognized a gap in the market. Immigrants, particularly Brazilians, were often hindered by misconceptions and myths that deterred them from seizing opportunities in American real estate. Determined to empower and educate, I embarked on a mission to dispel myths and provide invaluable information to those pursuing a better life and financial independence in the USA.
