Hello, I’m Leah Nascimento (also known as Marilia Nascimento), Brazilian-born REALTOR®, Owner of MGN Fine Homes, and a Portuguese-speaking real estate advisor in Atlanta, Georgia. I help immigrant families, relocating professionals, and strategic buyers and sellers navigate the Georgia real estate market with clarity, cultural understanding, and a plan that protects both your finances and your peace of mind.
I was born in Brasília, Brazil and moved to the U.S. at 18 on a J-1 visa, determined to build the kind of opportunities I couldn’t find back home. My real estate journey began in 2007, when I purchased my first home just before the 2008 market shift. That experience shaped how I work today: real estate can be a powerful wealth-building tool, but only when decisions are made with education, timing, and strong guidance.
After buying a property in Georgia and feeling disappointed with the service I received, I decided to become the kind of agent I wished I had: organized, honest, and truly protective of my clients. I earned my Georgia real estate license in 2014, founded MGN Fine Homes in 2016, and have helped 200+ families buy, sell, relocate, and invest in Georgia. I’ve been a Top Producer with the Atlanta REALTORS® Association for 8 years in a row, and I’m honored to have received the Radio Brazil Atlanta “Destaque 2024” award for my impact in the Brazilian community.
